Foley尿管水囊用于妊娠晚期宫颈扩张及引产效果分析

Foley Catheter Drainage for Cervical Dilatation and Induced Labor in Late Pregnancy

目的观察Foley尿管水囊用于妊娠晚期宫颈扩张及引产的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月-2018年2月符合晚期妊娠引产标准的孕妇128例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例,观察组采用Foley尿管进行宫颈扩张及引产,对照组采用催产素静脉点滴引产,对比两组引产效果。结果观察组孕妇术后24h内阴道分娩率(78.13%)较对照组(50.00%)高(t=10.995,P=0.001);观察组孕妇引产后至分娩的时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为81.25%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组临产产程、产后出血量、感染发生率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);两组新生儿窒息发生率、患败血症发生率和出生体质量差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论Foley尿管水囊可用于妊娠晚期宫颈扩张,促进宫颈成熟,引产效果好,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Foley urethral sac for cervical dilatation and induced labor in the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods In this paper,128 pregnant women who met the standard of induction of labor in late pregnancy between January 2017 and February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(64cases)with Foley catheter for cervical dilatation and induced labor,and control group(64cases)with oxytocin intravenous drip induced labor.Results The results showed that the rate of vaginal delivery within 24 hours after operation in the observation group(78.13%)was higher than that in the control group(50.00%)(t=10.995,P=0.001).The time from induced labor to delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.75%in the observation group and 81.25%in the control group,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of labor,postpartum hemorrhage and infection between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,sepsis and body weight between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Foley urethral sac can be used for cervical dilatation in the third trimester of pregnancy,promote cervical maturation,have good induction effect,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical application.
