摘要
地聚合物是一种新型胶凝材料,同时也是制备铝硅酸盐质陶瓷的合适前驱体。以钾基地聚合物为黏结剂、刚玉粉为支撑陶瓷填料,制备了钾基地聚合物-刚玉复合材料,重点研究高温热处理后其结构和性能演化。研究结果表明:钾基地聚合物-刚玉复合材料具有良好的力学性能,经高温热处理后,钾基地聚合物向白榴石转变,钾基地聚合物-刚玉复合材料转化为白榴石-刚玉复合陶瓷,力学性能进一步提高、孔隙率下降;钾基地聚合物-刚玉复合材料尺寸稳定较好,高温热处理对其尺寸变化影响较小。钾基地聚合物-刚玉复合材料有望成为高温耐火材料或耐火浇注料的优良候选材料。
As a new type of cementitious material,geopolymer is the ideal precursor to prepare aluminosilicate ceramic.In this study,potassium-based geopolymer(K-GP)and corundum powder were used as the binder and supporting ceramic fillers,respectively,to prepare K-GP/Corundum composite.Structure and property evolution of K-GP/Corundum composite under high temperature thermal treatment was mainly researched.Results indicate that K-GP/Corundum composite has high mechanical properties;K-GP/Corundum composite could be transformed into leucite/corundum composite ceramic with improved mechanical properties and decreased porosity because of the transformation of K-GP binder from geopolymer to leucite;The better size stability of K-GP/Corundum composite was observed in the process of thermal treatment;The K-GP/Corundum composite is expected to be a good candidate for high temperature refractory or refractory castable.
