摘要
利用W 1/O/W 2双重乳液法制备环氧树脂中空微球。研究了内水相(W 1)质量分数、外水相(W 2)温度及环氧预聚合时间等重要工艺参数对环氧树脂中空微球形貌的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度测试、红外光谱和热失重分析对环氧树脂中空微球进行了表征。结果表明:制备的环氧树脂中空微球具有较好的中空结构,其粒径约20μm,壁厚约5μm;粒径分布范围为10~100μm,体积加权平均粒径为35.7μm;红外光谱结果表明所制备的环氧树脂中空微球固化较完全;热失重结果表明环氧树脂中空微球的热分解起始温度为316℃,质量保存率为15%。
The epoxy hollow microspheres were successfully prepared by water-in-oil-in-water(W 1/O/W 2)double emulsions method.The effects of the content of internal water phase(W 1),the temperature of external water phase(W 2)and the prepolymerization time of epoxy resin on the morphology of microspheres were studied.The epoxy hollow microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),laser particle size analyzer(LSA),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results of SEM show that the prepared epoxy hollow microspheres have good hollow structures.The particle size of the microspheres is about 20μm and the wall thickness is about 5μm;The particle size distribution of epoxy hollow microspheres ranges from 10μm to 100μm,and the volume weighted average particle size is 35.7μm.The FT-IR shows that the epoxy hollow microspheres arecured completely.The results of TGA indicate that the initial temperature of thermal decomposition of epoxy hollow microspheres is 316℃,and the mass retention rate is 15%.
