摘要
介绍了撞击流混合器在氧化法生产草酸工艺中的应用,利用5 m^3中试装置进行了撞击流混合器氧化法生产草酸试验。试验结果表明:撞击流混合器及配套反应装置用于氧化法草酸生产中具有较高的草酸得率,达到87.89%,较传统工艺生产提高了2个百分点;硝酸总反应时间较传统工艺缩短25%。
The application of micro-impinging stream mixer in the oxalic acid production through glucose oxidationwas introduced.The glucose oxidation reaction was carried out with 5 m^3 pilot-scale test equipment.The results showed that the micro-impinging stream mixer and assort reactor had a higher oxalic acid yield of 87.89%,which was 2 percentage points higher than traditional production process.Compared with the traditional process,the total reaction time of nitric acidwas reduced by 25%.
