摘要
浸渍液的制备是湿磨法玉米淀粉工艺下游生产的关键工序。通过分析玉米淀粉工艺中制亚硫酸系统存在尾气排放和能量浪费的问题,对制亚硫酸工艺技术现状进行了工艺探讨,分析对比了几种工艺方案,并应用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对改进制亚硫酸系统进行模拟,基于灵敏度分析考察了过程水流量和过程水SO2含量对制酸效果的影响,得出适用于低酸浸渍液制备的操作条件。模拟结果可以为实际工业设计和操作过程提供参考依据。
The preparation of impregnating solution is the key process in the downstream production of wet milling corn starch industry chain.Considering the energy consumption and exhaust emission problems of sulfurous acid production system,the major technique of the technique situation of sulfurous acid production were investigated,several process scenarios were analyzed and compared,and the retrofitted sulfurous acid production system was simulated by chemical flowsheet simulation software Aspen Plus.Based on sensitivity analysis,the influence of process water flow rate and SO2 concentration on the production of sulfurous acid was investigated.The appropriate operating conditions suitable for the low acid impregnating technique were obtained.The simulation results can provide reference for the actual industrial design and operation.
