Treatment of ANCA-related systemic vasculitis with renal injury with Modified Heidihuang Pill

文章介绍1例抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性系统性血管炎伴肾损伤患者的治疗经过,采取中西医结合,从调理脾肾入手,以健脾补肾的黑地黄丸化裁,促进患者肾功能的恢复,且经过2个月治疗后患者乏力倦怠等症状明显改善,气色如常,纳眠可,泡沫尿减少,大便调,实验室尿常规、肾功能、ANCA等指标逐渐好转,直到恢复正常。

This article introduces the treatment of a patient with ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis with renal injury.It adopts the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,starting from conditioning the spleen and kidney,and using the spleen and tonifying kidney to promote the recovery of renal function.After the two months treatment,the symptoms such as was significantly improved.The color was normal,the sleep was fine,the foaming urine was reduced,the stool was adjusted,the laboratory urine routine,renal function,ANCA and other indicators were gradually improved until it turned negative.
