摘要
以通荞二号为试验材料,采用大田试验,研究了硒溶液浸种和喷施硒溶液两种施硒方式对荞麦抗氧化酶系统和产量的影响.结果表明,随着硒浓度的增加,SOD、POD活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,但始终高于对照组,浸种、喷施浓度分别在J1(J1=2 mg/L)、P1(P1=2 mg/L)处理下活性达到最大;而MDA含量变化呈现相反趋势.在不同施硒处理下,荞麦产量也呈现了先升高后降低的趋势.当浸种、喷施浓度分别在J1(J1=2 mg/L)、P1(P1=2 mg/L)处时,荞麦产量达到最大.
Using Tongyu No.2 as the test material,the field experiment was conducted to study the effects of selenium solution soaking(0,2,5 mg/L)and spraying selenium(0,2,2.5 mg/L)on the antioxidant enzyme system and yield of buckwheat.The results showed that with the increase of selenium concentration,the activity of SOD and POD increased first and then decreased,but it was always higher than that of the control group.The soaking and spraying concentrations were J1(J1=2 mg/L)and P1(P1=The activity reached the maximum under the treatment of 2 mg/L);while the change of MDA content showed the opposite trend.Under different selenium treatments,the yield of buckwheat also increased first and then decreased.When the soaking and spraying concentrations were at J1(J1=2 mg/L)and P1(P1=2 mg/L),the yield of buckwheat reached the maximum.
