摘要
港珠澳大桥沉管隧道最终接头的水下合龙焊接施工是本工程中风险最大环节,施工环境特别复杂、空间异常狭小、工作量极其巨大、施工难度非常高、施工周期超短。为解决这一超级难题,最大限度降低施工风险,需要在施工前期摸索一套成熟、可靠的水下焊接施工方案并进行演练、优化,文章介绍了演练背景、演练必要性及演练目的,并从演练模型设计、演练策划、演练内容及优化到演练评价与总结等各阶段详细阐述了工艺过程,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The underwater welding construction of the final joint of the immersed tunnel of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is the most risky part in this project.The construction environment is particularly complex,the space is unusually narrow,the workload is extremely large,the construction difficulty is very high,and the construction period is extremely short.In order to solve this super difficult problem and minimize the construction risk,it is necessary to explore a mature and reliable underwater welding construction plan in the early stages of construction and carry out exercises and optimization.This paper introduces the background,necessity and purpose of the exercise.The process is described in detail from the stages of exercise model design,exercise planning,exercise content and optimization to exercise evaluation and summary,which can provide reference for similar projects.
