摘要 当下,土壤污染问题日益显著,土壤的安全问题引起社会广泛关注,社会各界都在寻求一种安全可靠的土壤修复方法。土壤热脱附是一种广泛用于处理土壤挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的土壤修复方法。土壤热脱附修复涉及气体传输与流量控制问题。该文提出了一种将传统PID控制算法与Smith预估补偿器结合,同时联合气体流量相关计算的控制方法,有效地解决了土壤热脱附系统中温度滞后环节对系统稳定的问题,显着提高了系统的稳定性。根据仿真结果表明,提出的控制方法能显着增强系统的稳定性并能有效降低土壤中挥发性有机化合物。 At present,the problem of soil pollution is becoming more and more obvious,and the safety of soil has caused widespread concern in society.All sectors of society are seeking a safe and reliable method of soil remediation.Soil thermal desorption is a kind of the method of soil remediation to be widely used to process the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the soil,and it concerns the transmission and flowrate control of the gas and wasted gas.In this paper,a control algorithm based on traditional PID control algorithm combined with Smith predictor compensator and calculation on flow rate control of gas could effectively deal with the impact of large hysteresis in combustion system and significantly improve the stability of the system.The simulation results show that the proposed control method significantly enhanced system stability and effectively decrease the volatile organic compounds to be present in the soil.
