摘要
采用4-2-1构型研制的电液伺服六自由度地震模拟振动台,台面尺寸设计为2.5*2.5米,承载能力为5吨。采用三参量控制方式开发控制系统和控制软件,实现了振动台的位移、速度、加速度控制。对建成后的地震模拟振动台进行了各项性能指标测试,结果表明该振动台能够实现高精度再现随机波(地震波)的位移、速度和加速度波形功能,各项技术指标都达到甚至超过设计指标。为结构和构件试验研究提供了重要的手段,也为今后的振动台建造提供了借鉴基础。
The electro-hydraulic servo six-degree-of-freedom seismic simulation shaking table with 4-2-1 configuration is designed.The size of the table is 2.5*2.5 meters and the bearing capacity is 5 tons.The control system and software are developed by using three-parameter control mode(the displacement,speed and acceleration control)is realized.The test results show that the shaking table can reproduce the displacement,velocity and acceleration waveforms with high precision,and all the technical indexes can reach or even exceed the design targets.It provides an important means for structural and component test research,and also provides a reference for shaking table construction in the future.
