不同织构几何参数对轴向柱塞泵配流副动压支承的影响研究 被引量:4

Study on the Influence of Different Texture Geometric Parameters on the Dynamic Pressure Support of Aaxial Piston Pump Valve Plate

摘要 针对轴向柱塞泵配流副的减摩降噪问题,将仿生学表面织构技术引入织构化配流副的研究,对织构化配流副瞬态受力进行分析,得出了瞬态受力动压方程;建立了矩形、圆弧形、三角形、等腰梯形四种典型织构的二维流场简化模型,运用Fluent仿真软件,得到四种织构都能产生动压支承,其中矩形织构的动压力最大;矩形织构和圆弧织构的最佳深径比都为1∶5,三角织构和等腰梯形织构的最佳深径比为1∶4,其中四种典型织构的动压力都随织构深径比的增加都呈现先增大后减小的变化规律,深径比对圆弧织构、等腰梯形织构的动压影响较小,矩形、三角形织构对深径比的变化较敏感,并且两个织构的富集将产生二次动压支承,因此,找到典型单织构的最佳深径比和织构富集的数目对织构化配流副减摩降噪相当关键。 Aiming at the problem of reducing friction and noise of axial piston pump valve plate,the bionic surface texture technology is introduced into the study of textured valve plate,and the transient force of texture valve plate is analyzed,and the transient dynamic pressure equation is obtained.The simplified two-dimensional flow field model of four typical semicircular,triangular and isosceles trapezoid textures is presented.By using Fluent software,it is found that all four kinds of textures can produce dynamic pressure supports,in which the dynamic pressure of rectangular texture is the largest.The optimum depth to diameter ratio of rectangular texture and arc texture is 1∶5,and the optimum depth to diameter ratio of triangular texture and isosceles trapezoid texture is 1∶4.The ratio of depth to diameter increases first and then decreases with the increase of the ratio of depth to diameter.The influence of dynamic pressure on isosceles trapezoid texture is small,and rectangular and triangular textures are sensitive to the changes of ratio of depth to diameter.And the enrichment of two textures will result in secondary dynamic pressure support.Therefore,finding out the aspect ratio of typical single texture and the number of texture enrichment is very important for reducing friction and noise of textured valve plate.
