脊柱侧弯矫形器曲面创建方法研究

摘要 为了解决基于点云数据创建的脊柱侧弯矫形器曲面光顺度差、效率低等问题,提出了利用PCL与VTK相结合的矫形器曲面创建方法.采用PCL中移动最小二乘法上采样矫形器点云数据;采用VTK中隐式曲面创建方法生成矫形器曲面初始模型;采用PCL中窗口sinc函数光顺曲面,提高曲面质量;采用VTK中球面裁剪器裁剪矫形器曲面,设置相应伸展空间,生成最终的矫形器曲面.实例结果证明,该方法效率高且创建的曲面光滑,为矫形器的个性化快速成型制造奠定基础. In order to solve the problems that poor smoothing and low efficiency of the scoliosis orthosis surfaces construction based on the point cloud,one establishing method which is realized by both of the PCL and VTK is proposed.The Moving least square method in PCL is exploited to Up-sampling the point cloud data of the orthosis and the implicit surface construction method in VTK is exploited to generate the initial orthosis surfaces.The window sinc function in PCL is exploited to smooth surfaces,and the surfaces quality is improved.The spherical clipper in VTK is exploited to cut the last orthosis surfaces,which is used to set the corresponding extension spaces and generate the final orthosis surfaces.Experiment results show that the method has high efficiency with better surfaces quality,and it can be the foundation for the rapid prototyping manufacturing of the personalized orthosis.
