雾化疗法在眼科中的临床应用

Clinical application of nebulization therapy in ophthalmology

雾化是将水滴撞击为微小雾滴悬浮于气体中,根据撞击方式不同具体分为喷射器雾化、超声雾化和震动塞孔雾化,药物颗粒和雾滴结合成气体溶胶,能减少药物剂量加大利用度,避免药物肝脏首过效应,具有较高的安全性。近年来雾化疗法在眼科临床应用较广,特别是眼睑疾病、干眼、结膜疾病、角膜疾病、眼外伤、屈光不正和斜视等眼病中应用较多,表明眼科临床雾化治疗具有用药量小、副作用少、方便快捷、起效快等优点,既可单独使用促进局部炎症的消退、加速组织修复,又可联合针灸、按摩等中医非药物疗法,本文就雾化的分类及其原理,以及雾化在眼科临床中的应用进行阐述。

Nebulization is tiny fog droplets made by impact on water droplets suspending in gas.According to different impact modes,nebulization is specifically divided into injector nebulization,ultrasonic nebulization and vibration plug hole nebulization.Drug particles and droplets combine into aerosol,which reduces drug dosage and increases bioavailability,avoids liver first pass effect,and thus enjoys higher safety.Nebulization therapy has been widely used in ophthalmic clinic in recent years,especially in eyelid diseases,dry eye,conjunctival diseases,corneal diseases,ocular trauma,ametropia,strabismus etc.It shows that ophthalmic clinical nebulization therapy is of advantages as small dosage,rare side effects,convenience and efficiency,quick effect etc.It can be used alone to accelerate the regression of local inflammation,promote tissue repair,or used in combination with acupuncture,massage and other TCM non-drug therapies.This paper expounded the classification and principle of nebulization and its clinical application in ophthalmology.
