摘要
为研制一种快速响应的低成本、高精度滚转角解算模块,使用一种响应速度为微秒级;灵敏度为1 608 mv/Gs,量程为±2 Gauss;分辨率为2 nT的三轴巨磁阻抗效应非晶丝磁传感器以及12 b高速处理芯片STM32F765VIT6,设计三轴磁信号数据采集电路、数据解算和处理电路、主控制电路,结合磁数据滤波算法、三轴磁传感器数据校准算法、三维飞行状态下滚转角解算算法,形成电路模块系统.结合应用实际情况,根据弹体引信结构形状和尺寸要求,进行电路模块小型化设计,优化处理电路.实验结果表明:模块的滚转角解算速率为500 Hz,精度在0.9°左右.这种滚转角解算模块成本低,响应速度快,灵敏度高,可应用在姿态解算的炮弹、火箭弹制导等领域中.
In order to develop a low cost roll angle calculation module with fast response and high-precision,the three-axis magnetic signal data acquisition circuit,data solving and processing circuit and main control circuit were designed by using a three-axis giant magneto-impedance effect amorphous wire magnetic sensor with response speed of us level,sensitivity of 1 608 mv/Gs,range of±2Gauss,resolution of 2 nT,and 12-bit high-speed processing chip STM32F765VIT6.Combined with magnetic data filtering algorithm,three-axis magnetic sensor data calibration algorithm,and three-dimensional flight rotation algorithm,the circuit module system is formed.Combined with the practical situation of application,according to the shape and size requirements of structure of the projectile fuze,the circuit module is miniaturized and the processing circuit is optimized.The experimental results show that the module's roll angle resolution rate is 500 Hz and the accuracy is 0.9°or so.The roll angle calculation module with low cost,fast response and high sensitivity,can be used in the attitude algorithm of cannonballs,rocket guidance,and other fields.
