摘要
GENYEM水电站发电机主轴在运行过程中偏磨损坏,为满足机组安全稳定运行的要求,需在当地修复加工。受主轴结构及机床条件的制约,加工难度较大。实际修复中采用了机床校正方案,制定了完善的工艺,针对主要问题提出了妥善的处理措施,顺利完成了加工。经检查确认,加工精度达到了设计图纸的要求。运行结果表明,修复后机组的稳定性和可靠性均得到了保证。其经验对类似电厂的检修和零部件修复具有一定的借鉴意义。
The generator main shaft of GENYEM Hydropower Station was damaged due to eccentric wear during operation.In order to meet the requirement of safe and stable operation of the unit,it needs to be repaired and processed locally.Due to the constraints of the main shaft structure and machine tool conditions,the processing is difficult.In the actual repair,the machine tool calibration scheme was adopted,the perfect process was formulated,and the proper treatment measures were put forward for the main problems,and the processing was successfully completed.After checking and confirming,the processing accuracy meets the requirements of the design drawings.The operation results show that the stability and reliability of the repaired unit are guaranteed.Its experience can be used for reference in the maintenance of similar power plants and parts reclamation.
