TRIZ创新方法在远程一键黑启动智能化设计上的应用

摘要 传统黑启动存在操作复杂,不能满足“远程集控、少人维护”运维模式、水电厂防洪度汛及安全生产、电网安全运行、智能化电厂建设的需要,若要满足上述需求急需设计远程一键黑启动的功能。笔者列出了该技术系统的IFR,并且进行了要因确认。技术人员用裁剪法和技术矛盾分析法解决了辅助系统失电限制开机流程的问题,用物场分析法解决了计算机监控系统功能限制问题,此举实现了远程一键黑启动的功能,有很好的经济效益和社会效益。 Traditional black start operation is complex,which can not meet the needs of“remote centralized control,less maintenance”operation and maintenance mode,flood control and safe production of hydropower plants,safe operation of power grid,and construction of intelligent power plants.It is urgent to design the function of remote one-click black start.The IFR of the technical system is listed and the main reasons are confirmed.The technicians solved the problem of startup process of auxiliary system power loss restriction by clipping method and technical contradiction analysis,and the problem of function restriction of computer monitoring system by substance field analysis,which realized the function of remote one-click black start,and had good economic and social benefits.
