基于EDEM仿真技术分析物料特性对落料管结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 散状物料输送设备广泛运用于煤炭发电、冶金、矿山等领域,由于散料运输中的物料种类繁多、形态各异以及含水率也不尽相同,因而落料管中常出现磨损严重、散料堵塞、撒料、扬尘等问题。简介散状物料的特性与种类,阐述物料校准的原则,结合褐煤、烟煤及无烟煤的物料特性对比及其接触参数设置来定义物料的真密度、泊松比、杨氏模量和剪切模量、物料粒径分布以及物料接触模型;从运动形式、磨损、扬尘、堵料对物料种类进行分析,从表面能、仿真结果对比对物料特性进行探讨,获取不同特性对落料管结构影响的对比数据。借助于EDEM系列离散元仿真软件,模拟不同物料特性对落料管的影响,利用软件合理优化落料管的结构以减少或避免设备问题的产生,从而延长落料管的使用寿命。 The bulk material conveying equipment is widely used in coal power generation,metallurgy,mining and other fields,because there are many kinds of materials,the shapes and moisture contents are different,therefore,there are many problems in blanking pipe,such as serious wear and tear,blockage of bulk materials,spraying materials,dust and so on.This paper introduced the characteristics and types of bulk material,demonstrated the principle of material calibration,com bining with material characteristics comparison and contact parameters of lignite,bituminous coal and anthracite,the true density,Poisson's ratio,Youngs modulus and shear modulus,material particle size distribution,and material contact model were defined;from aspects such as movement form,wear,dust and blocking,the material type was analyzed,from aspects like surface energy and simulation results comparison,the material characteristics were discussed,the comparison data of how the different characteristics affected the blanking tube structure was obtained.EDEM series discrete element simulation software is used to simulate the impact of different material characteristics on the blanking pipe,the software is used to rationally optimize the structure of the blanking pipe,in order to reduce the problem and prolong the service life of the blanking pipe.
