摘要
结合潘集选煤厂入洗煤和分选产物的密度组成,从可能偏差、数量效率、灰分误差、总错配物含量等方面分析3GHMC1500/1100型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器对潘集选煤厂极难选原煤的分选效果,确定旋流器的分选下限并对单机检测数据进行可靠性分析。试验结果表明:该旋流器对潘集选煤厂极难选煤分选效果良好,对于>0.5mm粒级原料煤,旋流器一、二段的可能偏差值分别为0.020kg/L、0.029kg/L,数量效率为95.07%,总错配物含量分别为7.20%、0.90%,灰分误差为0.31%;对于0.25mm^0.50mm粒级原料煤,该旋流器一段的可能偏差值为0.093 kg/L,说明3GHMC1500/1100型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器分选下限可达0.25mm。
Combining with the density composition of feeding coal and preparation product of Panji coal preparation plant,from aspects such as possible deviation,quantity efficiency,ash error and total mismatch content,the process effect of application of 3GHMC1500/1100 type no pressure feed three product heavy medium cyclone in Panji coal preparation plant for preparation the coal which is extremely difficult to do preparation was analyzed,the sorting lower limit was determined,and the reliability analysis of stand-alone test data was determined.The experimental results show that:this cyclone has good sorting effect for preparation the coal which is extremely difficult to do preparation in Panji coal preparation plant,for raw coal which is at the particle size of>0.5 mm,the possible deviation values of the first and second stages of cyclone are 0.020 kg/L and 0.029 kg/L respectively,the quantity efficiency is 95.07%,the total mismatch content is 7.20% and 0.90% respectively,the ash content error is 0.31%;for raw coal which is in the range of 0.25 mm^0.50 mm,the possible deviation value of the first stage of cyclone is 0.093 kg/L,which means that the lower limit of 3GHMC1500/1100 type no pressure feed three product heavy medium cyclone can reach 0.25 mm.
