摘要
选择化学醇解和反应型挤出两种方法进行再生聚酯瓶(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,PET)处理。研究了处理方法、再生PET回用量及回用阶段对合成聚酯热性能、结晶性能等的影响。结果表明,反应型挤出法处理的再生PET回用后在二甘醇、热性能、结晶性能上优于化学醇解法,但L值偏低、b值偏高;再生PET回用量越高对瓶用聚酯性能的影响越大,回用阶段越靠后对瓶用聚酯的影响越小。采用反应型挤出法,回用量在10%、预缩聚后回用制备的再生PET瓶用聚酯与原生PET瓶用聚酯各项性能指标接近。
Two methods of chemical alcoholysis and reactive extrusion were used for the treatment of regenerated polyethylene terephthalate(PET)bottles.The effects of treatment methods,recycled PET dosage and recycling stage on the thermal and crystallization properties of synthetic polyester were studied.The results showed that the recycled PET treated by reactive extrusion method was superior to the chemical alcoholysis method in diethylene glycol,thermal performance and crystallinity.The colour values were worse than the chemical alcoholysis method.The greater the effect on the performance of the water bottle,the smaller the impact of the reuse phase on the performance of the water bottle.The recycled PET bottle for polyester prepared by the reactive extrusion method at 10%after the pre-polycondensation stage was close to the performance index of the polyester for the original PET bottle.
