新时代高校教师“课程思政”能力提升探析

“课程思政”建设关系到党对高校的领导,关系到中国特色社会主义事业后继有人,具有重大的政治意义和战略意义。教师是教书育人的实施主体,也是课堂教学的第一责任人。新时代高校教师作为“课程思政”实施的主体,教师的“课程思政”能力影响着“课程思政”育人育德功能发挥和质量提升。增强高校教师“课程思政”育人育德理念,充分发挥思政课程对“课程思政”引领作用,构建“课程思政”建设管理体系,培养和提升新时代高校教师“课程思政”能力,是高校贯彻全国高校思政工作会议和全国教育大会精神、落实立德树人根本任务的现实需求。
