工艺参数对碳纤维增强ABS复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机,以不同的碳纤维(carbon fiber,CF)粉末质量百分比制备ABS/CF复合材料。通过注射成型研究不同工艺参数下ABS/CF复合材料的力学性能,分析模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力和注射压力对ABS/CF复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:在相同成型工艺参数下,随着CF含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度也随之增大;保压压力对复合材料的拉伸强度影响较大,CF含量为10%时,保压压力为150 MPa,比保压压力为130 MPa时拉伸强度提高了14.12%。 A twin screw extruder was used to prepare ABS/CF composites with different mass percentages of carbon fiber(CF)powder.After performing injection molding,the mechanical properties of ABS/CF composites under different process parameters were examined,and the effects of mold temperature,melt temperature,holding pressure and injection pressure on the mechanical properties of ABS/CF composites were analyzed.The results show that under the same molding process parameters,the tensile strength of the composite increases when CF content becomes higher;the holding pressure of the composite has a major effect on the tensile strength of the composite.When the CF content accounts for 10%,the holding pressure is 150 MPa,and the tensile strength is increased by 14.12%when the holding pressure is 130 MPa.
