加速度传感器快速检测装置的开发

摘要 针对现有加速度传感器快速检测方法的缺陷,设计一种可快速精确检测加速度传感器装置。根据压阻式加速度传感器的电气特性与工作原理,分析了加速度传感器的特征参数,并以此为基础,设计了基于静态电压和静态电阻的检测方案,以硬件和软件的形式实现并做出了实物。实测结果表明:所设计的装置能够实现对某型加速度传感器失效与否进行快速鉴别,系统测量的平均误差小于0.6%,能够有效弥补现有检测方案的不足,提升检测效率。 To overcome the shortcomings of the existing method to rapidly detect the acceleration sensor,a device is designed to detect the acceleration sensor in a rapid and accurate manner.The study is conducted according to the electrical characteristics and working principle of the piezoresistive accelerometer,the characteristic parameters of the accelerometer are analyzed,on the basis of which a detection scheme is designed based on static voltage and static resistance,which is realized in the form of hardware and software.The measured results show that the designed device can quickly detect whether a certain type of acceleration sensor is invalid.The average error of the system measurement is lower than 0.6%,which can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of the existing detection scheme and improve the detection efficiency.
