摘要
随着我国应用型高校的快速发展,对工程教育教师国际交流能力的要求也越来越高。文章分析了应用型高校工程教育教师国际交流能力的现状,并提取了应用型高校工程教育教师国际交流能力的评价指标,包括外语应用能力、专业能力、个人素养3个二级指标和36个三级指标,并研究了萌芽期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期工程教育教师国际交流能力的提升途径。旨在为应用型高校工程教育教师国际交流能力的发展提供参考。
With the rapid development of applied universities in China,the requirements for the international communication ability of application-oriented teachers are getting higher and higher.This paper analyzes the status quo of teacher′s international communication ability in applied universities.The evaluation indicators of the international communication ability of teachers in applied universities are discussed in this paper,including 3 second-level indicators of personal qualities,professional ability and foreign language proficiency,and 36 third-level indicators.This paper studies the ways of improving the international communication ability of application-oriented teachers in the germination,growth,maturity and recession periods,aiming at providing reference for the development of international communication ability of application-oriented teachers in applied universities.
