摘要
按孔(或孔系)数控加工时轴的运动数目将UGNX的孔加工方法进行了归类,分析了不同方法需要的设置及生成的轨迹特点,总结了各种孔加工方法的优缺点及应用场合,提出孔加工的优化方案。
According to the number of movement of the axis in hole(or hole system)processing,the hole processing methods are classified,and the conditions required by different methods as well as the characteristics of the generated trajectory are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of various hole processing methods and their application occasions are summarized,and the optimization scheme of hole processing is put forward.
