摘要
采用将铝电解槽等效为电路模型的方法,运用MATLAB仿真软件,研究极距下降引起的槽电压和阳极电流的变化情况。研究表明,支路电流对槽内局部状况的表现更为明显,可以作为判断槽况局部特征的重要依据。
In this paper,the change of cell voltage and anode current caused by the decrease of electrode distance is studied by equivalent circuit model of aluminum electrolysis cell and MATLAB simulation software.The research shows that the branch current is more obvious to the local conditions in the tank and can be used as an important basis for judging the local characteristics of the tank conditions.
