Class Governance: An Effective Way for Counselors to Implement Task of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People

立德树人是教育的根本任务。实施班级治理是高校落实立德树人任务的重要举措,是辅导员践行立德树人,实施过程化管理的有效路径。分析立德树人与班级治理二者的关系,针对当前高校班级对立德树人功能的弱化现象,提出班级治理的多项措施,以落实立德树人的根本任务。

Establishing morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of education.Implementing class governance is the concrete manifestation of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.It is also an effective way for counselors to practice moral education and implement procedural management.Based on the analysis of the relationship between Li De Shuren and class governance,and in view of the weakening of the function of Li De Shuren in college classes,this paper puts forward a number of measures for class governance and implements the fundamental task of Li De Shuren.
