核心素养下成长记录袋的价值反思及重构

摘要 新一轮课程改革以来,教学评价的标准在不断变化:评价方式逐渐由单一评价走向多元评价,评价维度由终结性评价转向形成性评价,评价依据由固化的知识评价到综合知识、能力、情感、态度以及价值观的多元评价。在这样的背景下,成长记录袋作为形成性评价的一种工具开始在中小学中投入使用。但是,成长记录袋在使用的过程中却出现了各种各样的问题,如加重教师负担、材料收集缺乏科学性和系统性等。通过反思成长记录袋的价值,重新审视成长记录袋在当前强调学生核心素养的背景中如何更好地发挥其应有的功能以及价值实现。 Since the new round of curriculum reform,the standards of teaching evaluation have been constantly changing:the evaluation method has gradually changed from single to multiple;evaluation dimension has changed from sum-evaluation to formative evaluation;and evaluation basis has been changed from solidified knowledge evaluation to multivariate evaluation of comprehensive knowledge,ability and emotion,attitudes and values.In this context,growth record file packet began to be used in primary and secondary schools as a tool for formative evaluation.However,in the process of using the growth record bag,various problems have arisen,such as teacher s burden is aggravated and the material collection is lack of scientific nature and systematicness.The paper rethinks the value of the growth record file packet,and re-examine how the growth record bag can better perform its intended function and the practical path of value realization in the current context that emphasizes the key competence.
