学徒制人才培养模式在国外起步较早,已经发展了几十年,形成了较为完善、成熟的人才培养体系。提高我国的人才培养水平,发展现代学徒制,需要进行大量的理论研究、有选择性的吸收和移植国外发达国家的先进经验,在课程设置、资金投入、师资选择和考评机制等方面根据我国国情不断进行改革、不断优化培养模式,实现优劣互补,为我国中等职业教育下学徒制人才培养水平的提升提供理论依据,为我国现代化建设提供人才保障和智力支持。

The mode of talents training of the apprentice system started earlier in foreign countries and has been developed for decades,forming a relatively complete and mature talent training system.To improve China s personnel training level and develop a modern apprenticeship system,we need to conduct a lot of theoretical research,selectively absorb and transplant advanced experience from developed countries abroad.In terms of curriculum setting,capital input,teacher selection and evaluation mechanism,we will constantly carry out reforms and optimize the training model in accordance with China s national conditions,so as to achieve complementary advantages and disadvantages,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the training level of apprentice personnel for secondary vocational education as well as personnel security and intellectual support for China s modernization drive.
