摘要 职业技能大赛是职业型人才培养的重要途径,“赛学结合,寓学于赛,以赛促教”教学模式有助于提升职业院校的教育教学质量、学生专业成长和整个专业的均衡发展,但在探索发展的过程中要使竞赛常态化、竞赛工作有序落实、学生实训有效,必须统一认识、端正思想,凝心聚力、齐抓共管,积累点滴、持之以恒,才能达到较好的效果。 The vocational skill competition is an important way to cultivate professional talents.The teaching mode of“combination of competition and learning,learning in competition,and promoting teaching by competition”helps to improve the quality of education and teaching in vocational colleges,the professional growth of students and the balanced development of the whole profession,but in the process of exploration and development,in order to normalize the competition,orderly implement the competition work,and effectively practice students training,it is necessary to unify the understanding of students and teachers,correct thinking,make cohesion,joint efforts,accumulation and perseverance so as to to achieve better results.
