摘要
由于水电建设工程量巨大,专业技术资质要求高,多家企业共同合作参与建设是水电建设项目的一个通用形式。而合作企业的实力强弱,目前尚无合理的评价方法。通过层次分析法确定评价指标权重,利用云模型实现用自然语言值定量表示定性概念,提出一种基于AHP与云模型结合的水电建设项目评价方法,并通过实例验证,结果表明本文方法可以针对不同情况分别做出评价,更为客观合理。
In the hydropower construction industry,due to the large amount of engineering work and the high demand for professional and technical qualifications,many enterprises jointly participate in the construction,which is a common form of hydropower construction projects.At present,there is no reasonable evaluation method for the strength of the cooperative enterprise.Through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index,using the cloud model to realize the qualitative concept of quantitative representation of natural language values,a comprehensive evaluation method based on the combination of AHP and the cloud model is proposed,and verified by an example.The results show that this method can be evaluated according to different situations,and is more objective and reasonable.
