摘要
汽车轮毂轴承内圈尺寸的精确测量,在后续工艺中可以影响到轴承质量和性能。介绍了采用国内某公司研制的轴承内圈内外径公差综合检测系统,通过对整个系统的检测原理及检测位置、测控系统及软件界面进行详细阐述,最后应用于实际轴承实时产线制造检测中,测试内圈公差数据的精准等级达到0.01 mm,与传统的0.1 mm检测等级相比,提高了一个等级,更加精准的筛选了不合格产品,提高了轴承的质量和各项性能。
Accurate measurement of the inner ring size of automotive wheel bearings can affect bearing quality and performance in subsequent processes.This paper introduces the comprehensive detection system of inner and outer diameter tolerances of bearing inner ring developed by a domestic company.It elaborates on the detection principle,detection position,measurement and control system and software interface of the whole system,and finally applies it to the real-time production line inspection of actual bearings.The accuracy of the inner ring tolerance data is 0.01mm.Compared with the traditional 0.1mm inspection level,it improves the level,and more accurately screens the unqualified products,improving the bearing quality and performance.
