ANGIOGENESIS PROMOTING EFFECT OF COMPATIBLE EXTRACTS OF ASTRAGALUS MEMBRANACEUS AND SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA IN MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

摘要 目的:观察黄芪、丹参配伍提取物在心肌梗死中的促血管新生作用。方法:依据中医“益气化瘀生新”理论和西医“治疗性促血管新生”概念,选用黄芪、丹参配伍提取物进行心肌梗死的干预治疗。分别采用动物模型、离体细胞培养等多种实验方法,运用分子生物、药物化学等现代研究技术,明确黄芪、丹参配伍提取物的促血管新生机制。结果:黄芪、丹参配伍提取物在心肌梗死中可通过多靶点、多通路调控,有效发挥促血管新生作用。结论:以中药黄芪、丹参为代表的益气化瘀类药物在缺血性疾病中发挥着重要的防治作用,为中医药治疗此类疾病提供丰富的诊疗思路和参考依据。 Objective:Angiogenesis promoting effect of compatible extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza in myocardial infarction.Methods:According to the theory of"Yiqi Yushengxin"in TCM and the concept of"therapeutic angiogenesis promoting"in Western medicine,The compatible extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza were selected for the intervention treatment of myocardial infarction.Animal models,in vitro cell culture and other experimental methods were used,and modern research techniques such as molecular biology and pharmacochemistry were used.To clarify the mechanism of promoting angiogenesis of compatible extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza.Result:The compatible extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza can effectively promote angiogenesis th The drugs of Invigorating Qi and stasis,represented by Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza,play an important role in the prevention and treatment of ischemic diseases.rough multi-target and multi-channel regulation in myocardial infarction.Conclusion:To provide rich diagnostic and therapeutic ideas and reference basis for the treatment of this kind of disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
