摘要
本文对林地变更调查工作流程进行了简要的阐述,并对林地变更调查工作中的存在的主要问题进行分析并提出一些解决方法。为了适应生态体制文明的要求,保障林地科学性和持续性、调查体制的常态化、工作标准的稳定性、技术体系创新性提供参考,以此促进林地变更调查成果应用。
This paper gives a brief account of the process of the investigation of the change of the forest land,and analyses the main problems in the investigation of the change of the forestland,and puts forward some solutions.In order to meet the requirements of the ecological system civilization,the scientific and sustainable of the forest land,the normalization of the investigation system,the stability of the working standard and the innovation of the technical system are provided for reference,so as to promote the application of the forest land change survey results.
