近年来,为提高农业机械化水平和农业生产效率,国家对农民、农场职工、农机专业户和直接从事农业生产的农机作业服务组织购置和更新农业生产所需的农机具给予了补贴。本文总结分析了青海省湟中县在国家农机购置补贴惠农政策的扶持下发生的巨大变化,充分说明了这一惠农政策在现代农业发展中发挥了举足轻重的作用。

In recent years,in order to improve the level of agricultural mechanization and the efficiency of agricultural production,the state has given subsidies to individual farmers,farm workers,agricultural machinery professionals and agricultural machinery service organizations directly engaged in agricultural production to purchase and update agricultural machinery and equipment needed for agricultural production.The author summarizes and analyzes the great changes that have taken place in Huangzhong County of Qinghai Province under the support of the State Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy Huinong Policy,It has been fully explained that this policy has played a pivotal role in the development of modern agriculture.
