摘要
为了安全、高效、经济地进行水下井口油井的修井作业施工,研究利用特殊设计的动力定位工作船装配能够在水下控制井口作业安全的井控设备,不使用隔水管即可进行一定种类的修井作业。介绍了英国Helix公司研制的轻型无隔水管作业船配套技术设备,分析了其适用的主要修井类型及技术,并介绍了在一口有安全风险油井成功修井的事例。轻型无隔水管作业船作为半潜式钻机修井的一种替代船舶,适用于多种类型的水下井口修井作业施工,在水下油田的开发过程中发挥着重要作用。
To conduct subsea well intervention operations safely,efficiently and economically,specially designed dynamic positioning vessel equipped with subsea well control system was used to conduct certain types of well intervention operations without the need of risers.This article introduced Helix's riserless light well intervention vessel equipment setup,and the types of subsea wells and interventions technologies it matched.A successful application of this setup on an oil well with high risk was introduced as well.As an alternative vessel to semisubmersible drilling rigs,riserless light well intervention vessel can perform a series of subsea well intervention scope of works,and play an important role for subsea field's development.
