某石化企业短丝装置噪声职业病危害调查与分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用现场职业卫生调查法对某企业短丝生产工艺、主要设备、高噪声场所分布、作业人员接触情况、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品使用等情况进行了调查。对工作场所噪声强度和岗位个体噪声接触水平做了检测,并结合职业健康检查结果和职业病基本发病情况进行对照分析。现场检测结果显示:主要高噪声作业场所为卷绕区、牵伸区,卷绕工、牵伸工等岗位的个体噪声检测结果超过国家职业卫生限值要求。职业健康监护资料显示:噪声职业相关异常的检出率明显增高,卷绕工岗位近几年共检出3例职业性轻度噪声聋病人。提示企业应重视噪声的治理与防护,尽快开展相关噪声严重超标作业场所的噪声隐患治理工作。 The field occupational health survey method was used to investigate the short silk production process,main equipment,high noise sites distribution,contact information of workers,occupational disease prevention facilities and personal protective equipment.The noise intensity and the individual exposure level were tested,and were analyzed comparatively with the results of occupational health examination and the incidence of occupational diseases.Field testing results showed that the main high noise siteswere winding area and drafting area.Individual noise levels for winding workers and drafting workers exceeded the national occupational health limit requirements.Occupational health monitoring data showed that the detection rate of noise-related anomalies was significantly higher,in the past few years three patients with occupational mild noise deafness were detected.It was suggested that enterprises should pay attention to noise control and protection,and carry out noise management in workplaces with serious noise exceeding the standard as soon as possible.
