摘要
针对乙烯储罐发生灾难性破裂事故,建立了相应的评价模型,对事故模拟过程中各种参数的影响进行了较详细的分析,分析了发生泄漏事故后乙烯的扩散距离及影响程度,对乙烯泄漏危害后果进行了定量评价,为装置布局和事故应急救援提供了技术指导和理论依据,尽可能降低乙烯泄漏事故造成的危害。
An evaluation model was established for the catastrophic rupture accident of ethylene storage tank,to describe various parameters in the process of accident simulation in detail.The diffusion distance and influence degree of ethylene after leakage accident were analyzed,and the harmful consequences were quantitatively evaluated,which reduced the damage caused by ethylene leakage accident by providing technical guidance and theoretical basis for plant layout and emergency rescue.
