油酸硫酸化皂实验的研究 被引量:4

摘要 油酸在浮选磷、萤石等非金属作业时具有流动性较差、溶解性较差、不耐低温而且选择性也较差等缺点,所以对油酸进行了硫酸化皂处理,实验结果表明:油酸与浓硫酸(不低于98%)、NaOH的摩尔比为1∶0.9∶0.7,酸化温度为25℃,酸化时间为2h时,皂化温度为35℃,所获得的的产品具有良好的流动性、溶解性、耐低温性和选择性. Oleic acid has the disadvantages of poor fluidity,poor solubility,low temperature resistance and poor selectivity in the floatation of phosphorus,fluorite and other nonmetallic operations,so the oleic acidshould be treated with sulphated soap.Experimental results show that the obtained products have good fluidity,solubility,low temperature resistance and selectivity under the conditions of the molar ratio of oleic acid to concentrated sulfuric acid(not less than 98%)and NaOH was 1∶0.9∶0.7,the acidification temperature was 25℃,the acidification time was 2 h,the saponification temperature was 35℃,and the saponification time was 2.5h.
