Study on the Unstable Factors of Zinc Content in Ore Samples by Flame Absorption Spectrometry with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer

摘要 采用还原-溶解法,提高金属钯溶解率的同时,增加硝酸钯产品纯度.结果表明钯粉的最佳溶解条件为:对应每克钯粉王水添加量为14mL,于140℃下反应55min;钯黑生成的最佳条件为:对应每毫升钯粉溶解液,添加0.4mL水合肼溶液,反应25min,可使钯黑生成率达99.9%;对应每克钯黑,硝酸用量为40mL时硝酸钯直收率达到最大值99.5%. Reduction-dissolution method was used to improve the dissolution rate of palladium and increase the purity of palladium nitrate products.The results showed that the optimal dissolution conditions of palladium powder were as follows:the addition amount of aqua regia was 14 mL for palladium powder per gram,and the reaction was conducted at 140℃for 55 min.The best conditions of the formation of palladium black were as follows:0.4 mL hydrazine hydrate solution was added into palladium powder solution per milliliter for 25 min,and the formation rate of palladium black could reach 99.9%.Corresponding to palladium black per gram,the direct productivity of palladium nitrate reached a maximum of 99.5%when the amount of nitric acid was 40 mL.
