摘要
随着国家"一带一路"倡议的实施,国内企业走向海外参与海外企业的经营管理是国家经济发展的必然趋势,具有深远的战略意义和现实意义,本文通过实例分析中国有色集团在南部非洲赞比亚开发建设的赞比亚中国经济贸易合作区,论述了境外经贸合作区在管理方面的探索和取得的经验,对于我国企业"走出去"战略和探索海外企业管理方面有一点的借鉴和指导作用,概述了国内企业走向海外,走向非洲市场的趋势和必然性,讲述了国内企业走出去后的特点,文化的差异,遇到的困境,详述了通过不断探索海外企业管理经验,建立适合企业发展的管理体系,叙述了通过企业文化的不断融合,最终建立起完整的中外双方都能接受的企业管理制度.
Carrying out the national"Belt and Road"implementation,the domestic enterprises represented by Zambia-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone go overseas to participate in the management of overseas enterprises is an inevitable trend of national economic development,and has far-reaching strategic significance and practical significance.This paper outlines the trends and inevitability of domestic enterprises going overseas,going to the African market,as well as the differences in management and culture,and the challenges encountered.This paper also analyzes the Zambia-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone developed and constructed by China Nonferrous Metals Group in southern Africa country-Zambia,it discusses the exploration and experience gained in the management of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones,and has a little reference and guidance for Chinese enterprises to"go global"and explore the management of overseas enterprises.
