500kV线路悬垂绝缘子串金具碰撞塔材原因分析及对策 被引量:5

摘要 针对运检单位在对500 kV多永Ⅱ回例行巡检中发现部分导线绝缘子串球头挂环与挂线铁存在磨碰现象或磨碰倾向。其中#036塔较严重,球头挂环外层镀锌层已脱落,如不处理进一步锈蚀,存在金具断裂发生绝缘子掉串的风险。通过分析、计算找出悬垂串碰撞塔材的原因是500 kV线路由于导线垂荷大,杆塔设计加工时为了保证安全,预留导线挂点开孔距离塔材边缘距离较大,导致球头挂环与塔材边缘容易发生抵碰,最终导致磨损金具并限制了悬垂串的活动范围。对有磨损的悬垂串提出了处理方案进行了更换,并提出了预防止此类问题再次发生的措施和建议。 To carry on the inspection of 500 kV YongduoⅡTransmission line found that part of the insulator string ball eyes and the hanging line iron tend to touch or grinding touch.Among them,the#036 tower is more serious,and the outer galvanized layer of the ball eyes has fallen off.If further corrosion is not treated,there is a risk of the break of the hardware and the insulator dropping off the string.Through analysis and calculation,it can be found the reason of the insulator string collides,which is overload of 500kV transmission line vertical load.In order to ensure safety,material reserve wire hanging point hole distance tower edge distance is larger,during tower design process.Leading to ball eyes and tower material edge prone to collision,eventually wear hardware and limits the range of hanging string.In this paper,a new treatment scheme for the worn overhang string is proposed,and the measures and Suggestions to prevent the recurrence of such problems are put forward.
