不同体积切种处理对甘蔗单芽育苗效果的影响 被引量:1

Effects of the stem with single bud treated by different cutting treatments on plantlets growth of sugarcane

摘要 通过切割不同体积单芽茎段和使用ABT溶液浸泡单芽茎段,探讨不同体积单芽茎段处理方式对育苗效果的影响,为推广甘蔗单芽茎段繁殖技术提供技术支撑。以桂糖42号为供试品种,设3个不同处理,分别为完整单芽茎段,1/2单芽茎段和1/4单芽茎段,其中每个处理又分为清水浸泡茎段2小时与50mg/L ABT浸泡2小时2个处理。出苗后调查甘蔗苗株高、苗粗、展开叶片数和根鲜重干重等指标。结果表明,完整处理的单芽茎段各项指标均极显著优于1/2单芽茎段和1/4单芽茎段;1/2单芽茎段育苗效果显著优于1/4单芽茎段;而ABT浸泡种茎对育苗效果没有显著影响。 by cutting the stem with single bud in different ways and soakingthe stem with single bud with ABT solution,the effects of different treatments on plantlets growth were researched and it could provide technical support for popularizing the stem with single bud propagation technology of sugarcane.Taken as the experiment materials,three different treatments that were set up,namely,ring-cut the stem with single bud,semi-cut the stem with single bud and sliced-cut the stem with single bud;and each treatment was divided into two treatments that soaking stem with water for 2 hours and soaking stem with 50 mg/L ABT for 2 hours.After planting for 90 days,plantlet height,Stem diameter,leaf number and root fresh weight and dry weight were measure.The results showed that the indexes of the stem with single bud treated by ring cutting were prominently higher than that of the stem with single bud treated by semi cutting and the stem with single bud treated by slice cutting.The plantlets growth effect of the stem with single bud treated by semi cutting was significantly better than that of the stem with single bud treated by slice cutting;whether the stem was soaked in ABT or not had no significant effect on plantlets growth.
