教育资源资本化对上海市徐汇区住房价格的影响 被引量:1

摘要 教育资源获取的公平性直接关乎社会差异建构的合理性。学区房政策作为我国基础教育阶段的执行政策,可能会受到既有社会个体间的资本差异干涉而出现变异,从而扩大因收入差距导致的教育机会不平等。本文基于上海市徐汇区的住房数据,构建了住房价格特征模型,通过回归分析可发现两大结果:其一,在诸多影响住房价格的因素中,教育已成为主导因素;其二,教育资源资本化通过学业表现与非学业表现等机制体现在住房价格上,就近入学、禁止择校等措施不能带来实际意义的教育资源公平。因此,政府有关部门应对相应政策规划作出调整。
