烧结砖行业烟气治理的技术路线

Technical route for flue gas treatment in fired brick industry

结合《砖瓦工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 29620-2013)和目前的烧结砖生产工艺,烧结砖行业烟气治理的技术路线,建议按重要程度分四步走:第一步首先要改造烧成、干燥工艺,降低即烟气含氧量;第二步是通过选择原料、燃料来减少产生SO2、NOx、氟化物等的物质进入制砖工艺中;第三步通过各种技术手段改变燃烧条件抑制SO2、NOx生成;第四步才是对烟气采取脱硫、除尘等治理措施即末端治理,实现达标排放。根据目前国家排放标准和行业实际情况,第四步末端治理是最被动、最不经济、也是效果最差的一步,烟气治理的重点应是第一、二、三步工作,最后完善末端治理,促进达标排放。

Combined with the“Brick and Tile Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standards”(GB 29620-2013)and the current fired brick production process,the technical route of the flue gas treatment in the fired brick industry is recom?mended to be divided into four steps according to the importance.This paper introduces these four steps in detail.
