优质护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值

摘要 目的 探讨优质护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值.方法选取贵溪市人民医院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的40例异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者,按随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各20例,分别采取常规护理、优质护理,比较两组术后恢复效果.结果观察组下床、排气及住院时间均短于对照组,焦虑、抑郁、压力评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对异位妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗患者采取优质护理,可促进患者尽快好转.
