肌兴奋治疗仪联合家属参与式康复训练在运动发育迟缓患儿中的应用被引量：1

摘要目的探讨肌兴奋治疗仪联合家属参与式康复训练在运动发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果.方法选取芦溪县妇幼保健院2015年7月至2018年6月收治的运动发育迟缓患儿50例,按照入院时间分为两组,各25例.对照组采取常规康复训练,观察组采取肌兴奋治疗仪联合家属参与式康复训练.比较两组干预前后粗大运动功能、精细运动功能.结果干预3个月后,观察组姿势、移动、实物操作评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组抓握、视觉-运动整合评分较对照组高(P<0.05).结论肌兴奋治疗仪联合家属参与式康复训练应用于运动发育迟缓患儿可显著改善粗大运动功能与精细运动功能.
