智能化社区系统是房地产业与现代计算机技术相结合的产物,本智能化社区系统涉及小区内综合布线、信息发布系统。是以信息传输通道为物理平台,连接各个智能化子系统,通过物业管理中心的管理,旨在向小区居民提供智能化服务和优良居住环境。
Intelligent community system is the product of the combination of real estate industry and modern computer technology.This intelligent community system involves comprehensive wiring and information release system in the community.It is based on the information transmission channel as the physical platform,connecting various intelligent subsystems,and through the management of property management center,aiming at providing intelligent services and good living environment to the residents of the community.
