基于weaver e-cology平台的办公自动化系统已经在兖矿集团有限公司推广应用了很长一段时间,应用范围广泛。建立起煤炭企业各单位及部门之间的高效沟通平台,大大提高了公文的流转速度。本文主要介绍兖矿集团办公自动化系统(OA,Office Automation System)的功能、特点,并具体介绍了在应用过程中出现的问题及解决办法。最后,对系统取得的效果和发展前景作了小结。

The office automation system based on the weaver e-cology platform has been promoted and applied in Yankuang Group Co.,Ltd.for a long time and has a wide range of applications.Establish an efficient communication platform between various units and departments of coal enterprises,which greatly improved the speed of official documents.This paper mainly introduces the functions and features of the office automation system(OA,Office Automation System)of Yankuang Group,and introduces the problems and solutions in the application process.Finally,a summary of the effects and development prospects of the system is made.
