摘要
TSI系统是汽轮机安全稳定运行的重要保障,是汽轮机系统的重要组成部分。汽轮机的运行环境复杂,且高速运行状态,要求对转速监视、振动监视、缸胀监视等的科学构建,这是保障汽轮机安全稳定运行的重要保障。TSI系统涉及面广,要求TSI系统应着力于监测功能的生成,实现对各要素的科学监视。本文立足汽轮机TIS系统的理论研究,从汽轮机TSI探头布置、转速监视、振动监视、缸胀监视等方面,具体阐述了汽轮机TSI系统汽轮机TSI系统的构建措施。
TSI system is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of steam turbine and an important part of the steam turbine system.The operation environment of steam turbine is complex and high-speed,which requires the scientific construction of speed monitoring,vibration monitoring and cylinder expansion monitoring,which is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of steam turbine.TSI system covers a wide range of areas,which requires that TSI system should focus on the generation of monitoring functions to achieve scientific monitoring of various elements.Based on the theoretical research of the turbine TIS system,this paper elaborates the construction measures of the TSI system of the turbine TSI system from the aspects of the arrangement of the TSI probe,speed monitoring,vibration monitoring and cylinder expansion monitoring.
