浅析粮食检测技术和储存安全问题及对策——以洛阳粮食局及龙门粮仓为例

Exploring the National Conditions and Social Conditions in the Security of Food Storage——Taking Longyang Granary in Luoyang as an example

河南省地处中原地带,属于大陆性季风气候,不同季节气候差异较大,海河、黄河、淮河、长江四大水系穿省而过,其带来的冲积平原也为河南提供了良好的粮食种植环境,明显的优势使河南省成为中国重要的产粮大省。"一带一路"的提出也为河南省带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文首先分析了粮食安全的发展现状,并以洛阳粮食局为例浅谈粮食质量检验部门与粮食市场的发展及其他相关问题。

Henan province is located in the central plains of China and has a continental monsoon climate,which varies greatly in different seasons.The four water systems of haihe river,Yellow River,huaihe river and Yangtze river run through the province,and the alluvial plain brought by the river also provides henan with a good food planting environment.The obvious advantages make henan an important grain-producing province in China.The Belt And Road"also brings new opportunities and challenges to henan province.This paper first analyzes the development status of food security,and takes luoyang grain bureau as an example to discuss the development of food quality inspection department and food market and other related issues.
